Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Yes. I review the codebase and hosting setup first to understand architecture, dependencies and risks. Maintenance is offered for Laravel, React, PHP, WordPress and static sites.
How are maintenance requests handled?
Requests come via email with a description of the issue or change needed. Critical outages are prioritized. Each request is scoped, estimated and confirmed before work begins.
Monthly retainer or pay-per-task?
Both models work. A monthly retainer suits sites needing regular updates and monitoring. Pay-per-task fits occasional fixes or one-off migrations. We agree on the model during onboarding.
What access do you need?
Git repository access, hosting control panel or SSH credentials, and database access for backend sites. Access is used only for maintenance work and can be revoked at any time.
